Urgent required Network/ Desktop Support Engineers for CMMi3 Software Development company

Exp Level:1 to 3 year
Location: Noida

Job Details:
- Strong knowledge in hardware & networking
- Can configure outlook express & other mail client
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of hardware.
- System formatting/ Installing of drivers, software, Hardware
- Troubleshooting LAN based network as well VPN related issue at desktop level.
- Manage troubleshooting and Configuring  and networking problems.
- Must have good communication skills.
- MCSE/ CCNA/ A+ Certified (Cisco certification will be good to have)

Skills Required:- Experience in Hardware & Desktop level support , Web-Browser , Antivirus Clients , Email Clients , OS like Windows, Experience on Server Admin / Network related complaints , remote monitoring and resolving of network level 1 incident.
