Exp Level – 2 - 4 yrs

Required Skills:
1. Strong SQL skills - Capable enough to write complex SQL query, strong DB knowledge. (Mandatory)
2. Understanding of contact center terminologies used in reporting. (Preferable)
3. Preferably prior experience in any contact center reporting. (Preferable)
