JOB: Siebel Tech Lead


Experience: 6-8 years of Siebel Experience.

Preferably Certified in Siebel 7.8 or 8.0 / 8.1

Responsibilities
1.     Lead a team of at least 5 members.
2.     Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD).  Come up with High and Low Level Design.
3.     Effective participation in CCB (Change Control Board) to get approval on the new requirements and CRs.
4.     Ensure defect free delivery of module by effective designing, re-usability of components and standards
5.     Ensure timely delivery, by preparing module Work Breakdown Structure.
6.     Comply to quality processes.
7.     Should have good knowledge on preparing and executing unit test.
8.     Willingness to Upgrade domain, technical, behavioral skills and contribute to knowledge repository.
9.     Successfully complete all training programs nominated for.
10.  Provide suggestions to improve the application and implement best practices.
11.  Ensure timely  resolution / early warnings/ escalation of project related issues to supervisor
12.   Act as a mentor for team members & guide in Domain & Technology
13.  Stand-in for the PM



Primary Skills Required
1.       Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2.       Siebel Sales, Marketing and Order Management.
3.       Good understanding of Siebel Data Model.
4.       Strong experience on Configuration, Siebel eScript, VB Script, Workflow, Assignment Manager, EAI.
5.       Experience in setting up Siebel Tools
6.       Knowledge in compilation and deploying.


Secondary Skills Required
1.       Should have worked on at least 4 development / Production support projects.
2.       Should have strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
3.       Siebel 8 working experience preferred.
4.       Knowledge in implementations of Siebel mobile integrations (Blackberry, Android,  iPhone and iPad)
5.       Good presentation skills
