Skills required:
-Should have the capabilities to independently handle project and client interactions, analyze requirements, suggest solutions and alternatives.
-Good in Core java
-Good in web service both Rest/Soap
-Exposure to application servers like weblogic/websphere (configuration/deployment/tuning)
Oracle database
Good to have :
-Exposure to IDM and worked on IDM solutions
-Exposure to integration technologies(like JMS/MQ/business process)
