The candidate will be responsible for recruitment in US
Requirement Description:
• Should have experience in end to end US IT Recruitment, contract staffing and contract to hire positions with a proven track record.
• Should have excellent experience with Job portals like Dice,Monster, Social networking sites, head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time.
• Should be familiar with all Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp to Corp).
• Should have experience in coordinating and conducting interviews and closing the requirements within specified time frame.
• Should be familiar with different Visa status (H1B, EAD, TN1, GC).
• Should have understanding of USA geography and time zone
• Knowledge of H1 transfer.
• Should be comfortable working in night shift.
