Hiring IT Sales/ Project Sales Manager for CMMi 3 Software Development Company

Job Description :

- Responsible for creating winning propositions, presales and RFP / RFI
- Creation of solution response and ensuring that the solution meets customer objectives
- Take lead on sales cycle, serve as Solution Captain, providing End to end Bid Management
- Design and technically vet Enterprise IT Solutions for account managers and end-users
- Prime responsibility for the overall technical and presales performance and effectiveness of the company.
- To actively assist in achieving the performance linked targets set by any principal e.g. Partner training, market development, marketing events and advertisements brand campaign; liaise closely and effectively with the Sales team to increase the annual revenue of the company.
- To liaise with Principals till successful resolution in matters of technical difficulty regarding all products and services, develop through effective, timely and continuous pre-sales activity a market environment of high receptivity to the products and solutions.
- Identify strategic acquisitions with complementary offering, technology and or customer base
Attendance at conferences and working with Subject Matter Experts, and research to stay on top of changes in business issues/requirements/regulations/ Technology and understand where the market is going.
- Good presentation skills and experience in doing solution demos* Thorough knowledge in Program/Project management with experience in managing projects in a multi vendor environment*
- Work closely with Legal and Admin teams during Pre-sales cycle
Create validation and review solution and effort estimate for DC transformation opportunities across the globe.
- Ability to assess the current IT environment and be able to provide appropriate technical solutions to address business challenges related to data optimization
- Ability to understand and build innovative delivery and pricing models
Participate in meetings to understand customer requirements, due Diligence and Proposal presentation sessions

As Manager Pre-sales & business development :

* Develops effective sales strategies with a company's sales force, discusses product requirements with customers and competitors' actions in the market.
*Sales Management and Client handling for E-Commerce Solutions, Web Portals, ERP, CRM, SEO, SEM/PPC, IT Security Services and IT Infrastructure Services- Servers and Storage, Telco, software, networks hardware
*Conducted market research and prepared/updated sales strategy for promoting products according to latest market status/trend and product features
*Evaluated the market needs, discovered potential demands and identified new sales channels to improve/meet the sales agenda of the company
*Maintained close working relationship with both existing and new customers regarding product sales - *Maintained customer interaction database.
*Monitored sales targets and motivated sales teams to achieve the firm goals
*Innovated new sales tools and marketing techniques to increase the sales objectives of products
*Monitored customer satisfaction, addressed issues and provided solutions
*Worked with the firm management to develop sales strategy and lead programs based on customer feedback and company vision
* Consulting to business entities for Facility management Services.
* Building Business relationships & managing priority accounts.
* Documenting the requirements of the client and helping the Technical & Operational team to develop best offer for Facility Management Services.
* Critically analyzing market and options to expand and suggesting strategies and exploring new market opportunities
* Helping the organization and also the client(s) in developing the best possible Facility Management offers keeping cost in mind.
* Ensuring timely completion and delivery of services.
* Developing and maintaining business from business entities.
* Identifying prospective opportunities for Sales, Operations and Marketing Strategies.
* To prepare suitable business proposals for clients and look after client acquisition.
* In-depth study of market dynamics, demand and supply scenario as well as profitability calculations.
* Overseeing the business tie up with large institutions & key accounts for Facility Management Services.
* Handling the sales based on B2B Sales Module (Corporate Sales/Institutional Sales).
* Prospecting and analyzing latest Facility Management Services- trends.
* Tracking competitors" activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales.
* Provide assistance to sales officers (in the form of training and advice), analyze sales & Operational statistics for the company, set sales objectives and monitor the progress of sales officers.
