Hiring Senior Peoplesoft Consultant - HCM and FMS

Job Location: Noida


Experience: 6+ Years

Job Description:

-         Assist in the development of technical specifications including test cases needed to ensure the deliverable will meet our requirements

-         Have and be able to leverage functional knowledge of either:

-         Core HR module, (including most of the following: Basic setup, Personal Data, Job Data, Position Management and Compensation, with additional focus on Learning Management and Profile Management), Benefits Administration, North American Payroll or Commitment Accounting.

-         PeopleSoft FMS modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Procurement, eProcurement, Grants, Asset Management and Planning and Budgeting.

-         Advise project team on best technical practices related to integrations, conversions or system modifications.

-         The contractors will be expected to provide complete knowledge transfer to project team members to cover the work completed, throughout the engagement.

-          Work directly with PeopleSoft Development Manager and Team Leads to ensure that functional and technical specifications for customizations meet business requirements.
