Mandatory skills:
1. Scripting - Perl/Shell
2. PL/SQL
3. Unix/Linux OS
4. Team leadership, good communication and customer facing experience
is must
5. Design, Solution, Task Estimation and Tracking

Desirable Skills:
1. Hierarchical and Relational DB's
2. DAP/LDAP - NDS
3. SDP /Telco Knowledge
